Combo Dyn is a downloadable digital audio plugin. Due to the intangible nature of digital software, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review the product description, system requirements, compatibility information, and any available demos or preview materials before purchasing.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Incompatibility with your DAW, operating system, or hardware where minimum system requirements were clearly stated

• Lack of knowledge or experience required to operate the plugin

• Finding the product at a lower price after purchase

• No longer needing the product

Exceptions

ShawkStudio will evaluate a remedy on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:

• Faulty or non-functional software — If Combo Dyn is proven to be completely unusable or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through a fix or replacement. A refund will only be considered if we are unable to provide a working version.

• Duplicate purchase — If you have accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us with proof of both transactions and we will resolve this at our discretion.

System Requirements

It is your responsibility as the customer to verify that your system meets the published minimum requirements before purchasing. ShawkStudio does not issue refunds for inability to run the plugin due to hardware or software limitations on your end.

Where a free demo or trial version of Combo Dyn is available, we strongly recommend installing and testing it on your system prior to purchase to confirm compatibility and suitability.
